Balcony railings

Balcony railings must match not only the house https://www.acheterviagrafr24.com/acheter-viagra-sans-ordonnance/ interior, but also the surrounding environment. They can be of various types and materials – painted steel railings, hot-dip galvanized railings, stainless steel, aluminium railings, railings with glass. We make balcony railings, terrace railings, railings for disabled, outdoor staircase railings, ramp railings of various designs.

Manufacturing of balcony railings must meet several requirements: the ones of safety and the ones of aesthetics. The railing consists of armrest, stilts, partition, and fittings that connect these parts. The standards require the railing of 1,1 – 1,2 m in the balcony.

Steel balcony railing is one of the most economical. They can be hot-dip galvanized or coated with powder paint. Hot-dip galvanization of steel is the most effective anti-corrosion protection of steel structures. The most important advantages of zinc coating include a long service time and resistance to mechanical damage. Hot-dip galvanization is performed by following EN 9001 standards. Zinc coating is in compliance with requirements of EN 14713 and 1461. What is more, the galvanized railings can be painted, according to RAL colour charts or other colour charts.

Outdoor stainless steel balcony railing usually consists of armrest of D50mm (less often – D40mm) diameter , D40mm or 40×40 mm square or rectangular-shaped support columns, and partition from several rows of D12 mm cross tubes. Tempered glass can also be used as partition of this stainless steel railing. Stainless steel railings are durable, the steel of grade AISI 316 is used. They are almost maintenance free, just once a year these railings should be cleaned and renewed with polishing felt. They will recover their pristine brilliance. The railing, renewed in this way, will serve for a long time and delight the eye with its glow.
We must warn that it should not be cleaned against metal grinding direction.

Railings of tempered, tempered – laminated glass are one of the safest options of balcony railings. Tempered glass requires more maintenance than railings of other types, however, it is hardly broken, and, if it happens, it breaks into relatively safe, small elements. If temperate-laminated glass is broken, it only brittles, but does not fall off – it remains attached to the glass film.

Aluminium railings look aesthetically, are characterized by functionality, do not require any special care, and have long service life. Aluminium railings can be combined with stainless steel or glass elements. Aluminium railings are more light-weighted than the steel ones, they are easily assembled, do not require additional painting works, however, upon customer’s request, they might be painted.
